Please note that this calendar tool only provides approximate dates and assumes that the menstrual cycle timeframe that you entered is consistent.

If you have irregular cycles it may be difficult to pinpoint the time of maximum fertility using a calculator like this one. Should this apply to you, then we recommend that you regularly check your cervical mucus and basal temperature to detect when ovulation begins as an alternative.
