Top 4 Fertility TipsTrying to get pregnant can be an exciting time for any family who is attempting to bring a new life into the world. For some who are trying to get pregnant, however, it can be an incredibly difficult and emotional time. Fertility is a major issue when it comes to families attempting to have children. As anyone knows, the better the fertility of the female (and male), the better the chance of conception. The lower the fertility, however, the worse the chances are of conception. Couples across the world go back and forth with fertility in hopes of increasing it. While some do take fertility pills, there are other ways to increase the fertility of both the male and female. These tips can help you to increase your fertility and increase your chances of having a baby.

Tip #1
Stop Smoking!

It’s widely accepted that a pregnant woman who smokes can do harm to the unborn child. What many people do not realize, however, is that smoking can also affect your chances of having a child. Because of the harmful and damaging chemicals that are found in cigarettes, it can easily ruin your fertility and severely hamper your chances of having a child.

Tip #2
Say Good bye to Caffeine

There have been multiple studies completed over the last few years that have looked at how caffeine can affect fertility. One study found that women who drink more than one cup of coffee hard a harder time with conception than those who had one cup of coffee or less. The belief is that caffeine can hinder the fertility of a woman. Therefore, it is important to review your caffeine intake when analyzing your fertility and chances of getting pregnant.

Tip #3
Know Your Medications

What many women (and men) fail to realize is that medication that they are taking can be affecting their fertility. The drugs do not have to be related to sex at all; some drugs, however, have sexual side effects. One of these side effects may be lowered fertility. If you are not aware of all of the side effects of the prescriptions and drugs you are taking, you may be missing out on a key factor in your fertility.

Tip #4
Men Only

One of the common myths surrounding fertility is the idea that only women have issues. Unfortunately, however, this is not the case. Men consistently have problems with fertility. One way that men can change their lifestyle to increase fertility is to change their underwear. Wearing tight underwear can cause men to damage their sperm and sperm count. Because of this damage, they have lowered fertility.

Even after considering these tips, it is important to go to a doctor to fully understand your issues with fertility. Doctors may be able to tell you other issues that your body is having with fertility that do not surround these few tips. Knowing your body can help you to better understand your fertility, and can help you to plan.
